From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The genuine care and attention extended by all staff members were not only appreciated but also served as a source of comfort during this difficult period. Their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed.
I would like to commend the exceptional efforts of Marilyn, Nadine, Barbara, Nicole and Fortune at the bar, whose kindness and efficiency made a lasting impression. Their willingness to assist and their positive attitude contributed significantly to making my stay memorable for all the right reasons. When we had to move rooms, Marilyn went beyond expectation and did all the moving on our behalf, constantly checking in on us, we were so grateful.
